(June 2005 to October 2008) include note about the 'where to find' toolWhen asked to help on this project, the site had already been designed and built. I rewrote all code in PHP and revamped the style sheets to make much simpler. I added the "where to find" tool which parses a large excel spreadsheet into a user-friendly format. I update this site regularly and have added many features, ex. issue archive and download forms.
