Verizon Wholesale, Advanced Information Architecture Redesign

(January 2003 to May 2003) The Verizon Wholesale site was comprised of dissimilar and out-dated documentation which had been rolled into verizon.com from telecoms acquired by Verizon. Users found it extremely difficult to find anything. To solve this problem, the AIA team greatly simplified content categories. My task was to design and implement a new umbrella look-and-feel for 1st-, 2nd- & 3rd-level pages, with templates and code libraries to apply to lower levels.
